No outlets, No water on a 9 hour bus ride, rude driver doesnt udnerstand english, no stops where I could have fetched more water in the last 4 hours of the ride. The bus is dirty and dusty, ride quality is bad but most of all unreachable customer service. Whatsapp doesnt work, tect doesnt work, call doesnt work, no email listed. I had to bug the driver to get a call number and then I got flippant customer service and she hung up on me saying theres nothing that can be done. I had been using red coach for a while because they had convenient times, but after what happened last time I don’t ever want to use them. I was at the Orlando station waiting for the bus to Fort Lauderdale. Bus was OVER AN HOUR LATE. They gave us little to no updates because the bus they were using wasn’t even one for their company, they had to out hire a different company so they couldn’t track the bus.
