So this was my first time using bus transportation and I wasn’t familiar and I got to the stop early every time and I missed the bus because the bus would stop opposite of where I was waiting I missed my bus 2 times but on the 2nd time I contacted customer service because I needed to get home and didn’t want to spend more money and Martina helped me out and got me another bus for later that day at no charge and directed me exactly where I needed to be
