Not worth the price but it feels safe. Bus kinda dirty and not in top condition
Roaches in the bathroom. No sink in the bathroom to wash your hands, nor any hand sanitizer. No cupholders, either. Bus was also an hour behind. Be mindful that they don’t stop long enough for you to exit the bus to use facilities at the stop.
My experience on the Tampa–Miami route was very disappointing: the bus was dirty, the bathroom was not working, the seat adjustment was faulty, and the service was definitely not luxurious. I did not feel safe, comfortable, or at ease during the trip.
Red Coach Bus 9036 vibrates throughout the whole ride. He hits the brakes HARD Everytime so you are jolted forward EVERYIME. VIBRATING BUS needs to be fixed. It is mechanical issues. So many people coughing without covering their mouth. Luxury service BUT CUSTOMERS COUGHING UP MUCUS. DISGUSTING.
I bought a ticket from Tampa to Miami. They brought us to Fort Lauderdale. The driver said he was done and the other driver was not coming to work. They kicked us off the bus.
