Horrible. Delayed. Arrived late to destination. Seats are so small and do not recline.
I booked a trip from Miami International Airport to Tampa FL and waited .There was a bus parked and I asked if it was the bus to Tampa and he said NO. The driver was rude and I was told to wait. I was left stranded waiting in the HOT SUN. The company ignored me and never apologized or issued a refund. NEVER BOOKING WITH REDCOACH AGAIN!
Luxury? 😂…What a nightmare…Not friendly personnel, no amenities. I paid for a “business” ticket but my seat is in the back. I am not even sure this A/C is working. The bus it smelly and filthy, Honestly the seat was sticky. Restroom with no toilet paper, no soap.This company doesn’t offer refunds for the fare back home because they know…On top of all this guess what I found sticking to my seat! (pictures attached). Bus in horrible condition. Shakes like crazy, constant loud windows squeaky sound, seats all ripped. And this was business class!
