This is probably the last time I’m riding with them. This is the second time this company has had bus drivers leave earlier than the departure time without letting anyone know! The gps did not show the bus this time and it left 2 passengers stranded at pick up! Is there no head count?!

One of the worst experiences I have had. This was the Dallas to Woodlands bus route. The bus was hot, bathroom was a mess and smelled

AC unit was broken and dripped water all over the seat for the entire 4 hour bus ride. Customer service through WhatsApp promised compensation, but has not reached out since then and does not respond. I tried to contact multiple times through email and the chatting service on the website, but no one ever got back to me. Other than the faulty AC unit, the bus ride was fine but customer service is some of the worst I've ever seen.

Very bad, the bus leaves without informing passengers that are waiting on them around the departure time. My bus was scheduled for 4:15pm departure and we couldn’t find it since we arrived at 4:02pm (uber), when asked the customer support they were like we can reschedule or give me a refund, and who’ll pay for my Uber? I have to go back and forth for your mess-up? Who told the bus that they could leave early on a stop that they themselves provided a time slot on? Only good thing about the RedCoach is their customer service and drivers have been great. The busses themselves aren't they nicest and sometimes even if you pay for an upgraded bus, they send a lesser one.
