Traveled from Houston to Dallas with RedCoach, and it was a great experience! The bus was clean, comfortable, and on time. The seats were spacious with plenty of legroom, and the ride was smooth and quiet. The driver was professional and friendly, and the whole trip felt safe and relaxing. Definitely a convenient and affordable way to travel between Houston and Dallas — I’ll be using RedCoach again for sure!

Fantastic service. On time departure and a before time arrival. The only downside coz of which I've given only 4 stars is - the inside temperature was too low in the second half of the journey; so uncomfortably low that I wanted to get off the bus as fast as I could. The lady driver (forget her name) was outstanding in driving and demeanour (#3854 Houston to Dallas today). RedCoach - if you're seeing this, please name her for me.

Unprofessional and normally late. There are no updates via text messages or email for any delays. Very poor customer service. Advertising as affordable and it’s not. Overpriced with a service fee and the service is nasty. Why am I paying for that ? Called for updates and no accuracy. Changed location of stop without notifying anyone. Left over 15 people and the customer service line was rude and did not care

Comfortable left on time and spacious seating . I kept trying the WiFi but didn’t work so that sucked but might try this bus line again . Definitely worth the price. It was very clean as well arrived earlier than expected to San Antonio . Left at 10:15 exactly arrived about 1:20pm. It was scheduled to arrive 1:50 pm just fix the WiFi.
