Just took a trip from Austin to Houston with bus driver Amber, the timing was on the dot perfect and arrived in town a couple minutes ahead of schedule. Smooth drive! Easy service! Bus was good and seats reclined a bit, Wi-Fi was strong and worked well on my work laptop. I would recommend! Easy trip home.

Loved it , Benjamin was so funny and interactive and he made sure we got to the places we needed to be fast and smooth , I never had to worry about anything , he was pro

Thank goodness this was a one way, the bus had no ac in 90 degree weather. Don’t sit in the back, the mini fridge doesn’t stay closed and water bottles were coming out every time the bus turned. This bus company needs to give them some TLC. I hope they don’t normally run this way, but unfortunately this was my experience.

From Houston Dallas. My seat given to other ppl when I ask to driver she ignored me in nasty way she told me go and seat another place I was shocked

Just got off of a red coach bus from plano/ Dallas to Houston. Excellent option when you cant get a same day car rental or find another same day travel option. It was really a no-brainer. The price made sense. The schedule made sense, and the pick up and drop off locations were safe. Listen, the bus is not a luxury liner cruise ship, it's a bus.
