This is for Kingsize Direct. Most of their products don't last more than 2 years. There is also outright fraud in some cases like their "Extra Wide Executive Office Chair" being sold at the price of $249.99 that advertises that it can hold up to 500LBs of weight. The chair actually barely holds 350LB, usually breaking within a week or month because of very poor quality and design. I did not shop for any items...I just called the local NY phone number to have a question answered and got hung up on twice! Not disconnected, HUNG UP ON! Based on this initial experience I would NEVER use this company!!
