Love this facility and love the PT I work with here. Staff is super kind, (front desk person Emily is one of the nicest people you’ll see all day), and their professionalism is on point. I sustained catastrophic injuries from a car accident and they are helping me get my life back on a healthy and active track. So thankful for Redbud Health!
Not sure what is going on with this place, but I’ve called four times to set up therapy sessions for my hip replacement, and no one ever answers and no ever calls me back. I went there in person today (Friday) because the phone message said they were open. They were not open. This has always been my go-to place for PT, but after more than a week with no call back, I’ve made an appointment somewhere else. I can’t wait any longer to start my therapy.
Warm and welcoming center with many services. I love the physical therapy center. I have an I jury from work and they have been amazing in so many ways. They work with me, encourage me, always makes me feel welcome as soon as I come in. During my services all the therapist work together, have fun with all of us clients, makes a personal connection with each of us and explains what they are hoping to achieve and wants our opinions and makes are feeling feel important.
