Not sure what is going on with this place, but I’ve called four times to set up therapy sessions for my hip replacement, and no one ever answers and no ever calls me back. I went there in person today (Friday) because the phone message said they were open. They were not open. This has always been my go-to place for PT, but after more than a week with no call back, I’ve made an appointment somewhere else. I can’t wait any longer to start my therapy.
Warm and welcoming center with many services. I love the physical therapy center. I have an I jury from work and they have been amazing in so many ways. They work with me, encourage me, always makes me feel welcome as soon as I come in. During my services all the therapist work together, have fun with all of us clients, makes a personal connection with each of us and explains what they are hoping to achieve and wants our opinions and makes are feeling feel important. Great people, professional and friendly
I had a wonderful experience at Redbud Health Services. I first walked in with a walker and a lot of pain after total knee replacement. Within just a few weeks I was walking with no assistance. I told them that I needed to be ready for my other one to be done in five weeks. They had me ready. After I had the second knee done, they started on recovery for both knees.
