Having only recently started using Redbrick's case management system, it is extremely user friendly and very intuitive and it can be tailored to our needs as a traditional high street firm. The customer service we receive from Sam Jones is second to none, she knows us well and is happy to cater to our needs.

Having only integrated with Redbrick's case management system earlier this year, we have found that it is user friendly and Sam Jones and the team have ensured that it is tailored to our needs as a traditional high street firm, something that remains very important to us. The customer service and support we have received from Sam and the team is second to none and we look forward to upgrading to the latest version of the system in early course.

We had the upgrade to v28 of Redbrick today, getting used to the changes but as always it's a great time saving tool. Sam gave us the required training for which we're very grateful.

I have used Redbrick case management for a number of years. The customer service is excellent. System is user friendly and is capable of being tailored to different department needs by creating bespoke case management tasks and events. IT support is great, training sessions with Sam Jones are always helpful and informative.
