I have used Redbrick case management for a number of years. The customer service is excellent. System is user friendly and is capable of being tailored to different department needs by creating bespoke case management tasks and events. IT support is great, training sessions with Sam Jones are always helpful and informative.

In the process of selling and buying this company is meant to make it easier and you can look at where your up to on both sides .. but that's if you can actually get onto the system . You use a code they text you then place it on the login to be told its not the right code..when it's the code they send . The two stars is for the couple of times I've been able to get on to look ..or it would be 0 stars
