First time trying to shop at this store and won't return. Staff were more concerned with watching a bike video on one of their phones than to offer any costumer help.
I used to really like Red Bike for my repairs, and changing parts on my bike. Today I left feeling really badly treated, however. There were zero other customers in the store, 4 staff members present one of which was a mechanic, and i just wanted 30 seconds of someones time to confirm that my wheel needs new sealed bearings, before leaving it with them to do the work. I finally left and took the wheel to Revolution Cycle instead after waiting nearly 30 minutes getting nowhere at Red Bike. Whats changed!? Very bad service. Th... read more
I don’t go often, but every time I do Red Bike reminds me why I keep coming back. Great selection of bike tools and seriously knowledgeable staff who give solid straight forward advice. Worth the visit even if it’s just to pickup an Edmonton Police Bike Index sticker.
Great service, great vibe and great tunes.
