I had ordered Moonsoon Malabar Green coffee beans at a very reasonable price. I was very delighted to receive top quality grade 1 coffee beans. The aroma, the clean beans and the fast delivery was impressive.
I purchased a coffee grinder that was over £100. On unboxing it , it was clear it had already been out of the box and used. It was also scratched scuffed and dirty. I am very disappointed in the product's condition and the conduct of Redber. Think twice before ordering online. I have sent an email requesting a returns label and wait in anticipation of some aftersales service. Bought replacement melitta water tank from redber. It leaked but they’re not interested and said to contact Melitta. Wont use again
I placed an order online and paid in full, but it has not been delivered. I contacted customer service and wrote an email, but there has been no follow-up or reply. I don't know what to do.
I've been ordering my coffee from here for a couple of years, so it's high time I left a review. Redber has a large selection of specialty coffee, with enough variety that I can always find an exciting coffee to try. Plus, it's usually a couple of pounds cheaper than competitors.
