Good service and setup, very easy start and finish. Very good quality massage and the chocolate and wine added a perfect touch to end the experience.

TERRIBLE customer service. I purchased a Groupon and when I tried to redeem it was 1st told they did not have availability at all during the week after work after I told them it was with a voucher. But was told I would be given a call back if they had any cancellations. When I called back the day after to check in see if anyone had cancelled...I was told they no longer accepted Groupon vouchers then. I was very disappointed with my service at this establishment. The massage itself by Tatyanna was very nice, but Managment (a not very pleasant abrasive nonfriendly young woman approached me as I was leaving without asking me how my birthday gift was or the service already pissed off type) forced me to pay a "required $10 taxes & $10 tips", mind you it was GROUPON voucher gift given by a friend. We made reservations from miami well in advance for our parents that live nearby because we wanted to do something special for them, so we booked a couples massage. We had booked for them a Saturday session and my dad took off work to be able to go. Long story short I get a text late in the evening almost at 10pm the day prior telling me that they have some issue and that the reservation is set for Sunday and early at 10am.
