Ive just finished refinancing my coop apartment mortgage with Red Wagon. Have a house in Long Island. I was reffered to Red Wagon Mortgage by a friend at work. I was rejected by Wells Fargo. Didnt have alot of equity in my home; they put me through a home owners assisance program, to get me a lower rate with no cash out. To make a long story short we were about 890.00 short at the closing and Red Wagon dropped all their fees and gave me a credit to get the deal done. Botton line is we are savings about 220/month.
I have refinanced my home several times, and now with times being so rough, I wanted to lock into a low rate and reduce my payments as opposed to taking cash out. I dealt with Jonathan who was a complete pleasure to deal with and very honest. Just completed a purchase of a second home in the Hamptons with Red Wagon Mortgage. Closing was cancelled 2 times because of a title issue with the seller. Red Wagon held my rate for close to 2 months without hitting me with any extra fees. They explained and disclosed everything to me. My attorney who has been closing loans 15 years told me this was the smoothest closing he ever had. Good job!!
