I used their interior detailing service, and my experience was both very good and kind of bad. The original detail I received was poorly done with a lot of missed spots and wipe marks. BUT within minutes of providing feedback, someone (maybe Desmond?) called and offered to send someone out to fix the detail for free. The person who came out was professional and took care to address my concerns, plus he put a protective coating on my rims for free!
