I started with Red Thread’s online Insight Qigong program and was impressed with the sincerity and quality of the program, and Dr. Sweeney’s expertise. I'm extremely grateful for the knowledge I've gained as an MQP student at Red Thread. Dr. Sweeney is an excellent teacher with a depth of knowledge that will transform your cultivation practice, and give you the tools and protocols to bring healing and harmony to others, in a way that is true to tradition, refined, and skillful. To find this level of teaching in the West feels like quite a gift.
This is truly an amazing programs for individuals that want to help themselves, have dedication to qigong and learn want to learn authentic qigong skills. Although, magic happens when you practice, the true magic happens in person. Dr Sweeney does an excellent job of teaching and explaining protocols. I highly recommend.
I began with the self-mastery course and loved it so much that I enrolled in the Medical Qigong Practitioner course for a deeper dive. Both courses have been life changing and have brought a deeper self-healing for my own personal journey.
