Hi, Insight Qigong is short, sweet and informative course for anyone who wants to explore the Qigong as health improvement practice. The Insight Qigong practice is very relaxing and covers all body. Course is well structured and provides information related to practice in short, engaging and informative videos. I like the way Dr. Sweeney teaches (with bit of humor). After settling and practicing Insight Qigong for few months, I will come back for higher level course. Thank you Rahul

What a great opportunity! I was so impressed with the self-mastery series, what a terrific learning experience. I would highly recommend this class. Dr. Michael Sweeney was so approachable, patient, knowledgeable, and just amazing to learn from. Anytime I had a question Ishara was so helpful. I can wait for the next class in April!
