Michael is experienced, precise, generous and careful in his teaching. He places the practices in a well-rounded context which offers simplicity and effectiveness with qigong for self-healing. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a solid foundation for qigong healing and personal transformation.
The TCM Theory course provided a great foundation to understand Traditional Chinese Medicine. As a physical therapist, I feel I have gained enough understanding to competently start a discussing with patients on how seeking TCM resources may benefit their wellbeing.
For the TCM Theory course: This is a deeper level of understanding of TCM theory in 8 weeks than I got in 2 and a half years qigong study beforehand. The subjects covered here were in such great depth and covered things like vital substances that I hadn't spent much time on before.
