We shopped two other mattress stores on 1960 and walked out because of pushy salesmen or high prices. We went to Red Tag Mattress and Furniture where Hilda helped us. She is very polite and knowledgeable and we bought a king size mattress from her. Thank you Hilda.
We purchased a full size mattress for my daughter and after 100 days we noticed it was sinking in the middle. I called and the store manager was apologetic and extremely helpful. He sent his team out the next morning to replace the mattress with no charge. He advised me to put a mattress protector on it and now more than 6 months later, the mattress is still in perfect condition.

Run from this place. This is one of the worst places I have bought furniture. They promise a date and they don't deliver when they say they will and will change your deliver date without even telling you. They have no customer service skills as they don't call to update you, you have to be chasing after them. They will tell you that they will call you with an update in a few minutes and days can and you have to call back and get the same story.
