I had the earphone plug break off inside my cellphone making it so the phone would only work in speakerphone mode. I tried to fix it myself, but couldn't. I took it to these guys expecting to pay through the nose. After about 10 minutes work, the courteous, capable, and competent tech pronounced it fixed. I stopped back in the next day with a different problem and he fixed that even faster. The guy was so nice, I couldn't believe it.
