Their service STINKS, buses are late and then after having bought the ticket for the trip Is worthless after an hour, even though it's supposed to be 2 hours and you have to pay again and more, even though it was their bus that was late. It's really a lousy service, the drivers are rude to people, I hate their service.

Receptionist are completely useless. Ticketing staff has no information on route statuses, times, or locations. They’re there to collect your funds and give you a shoulder shrug while they plug away aimlessly on their cell phones. Also, let me add that Dominique Thompson is little more than an answer machine posing as Route Manager or Director. Whatever issue you will have with him is going in one ear and out the other. There will be no resolution there will be no resolve. Or at least not one coming from him.

Some of these bus drivers are rude and disrespectful yet want to be respected. They should count their blessings that they don't get socked right in the face. I missed my bus today because apparently I am invisible. I was wa ing her down and she looked the other way acti g like she didn't see me. Ridiculous. I pay hard earned money every month for a bus pass. Now I will be late to a very important appointment. Thank you so much RRTA.
