Not only is this bus very very affordable yet there is Wifi on every single bus and on top of that they have an app and you can purchase tickets online or on the app and you can then have the bus scan the QR code on the app I purchased an all day bus pass for the low low price of $3.70 and when I get my disability card it will be half that fare so $1.80 for a day pass now being a person who fell prey to the outlandish prices of Septa growing up in Philadelphia and the outskirts well needless to say you are not gettin... read more
Always a problem with the busses
The overall service is horrible from the customer service to the bus driver, they don't understand that the people are the reason they have a job...especially the # 10 which is either to early most of the time are to late, with the rudeness driver in the world, NJ bus service is 2000 times more professional and polite when it come to their customers. Bus driver on the columbia route has no problem flirting with my husband while ignoring me and keeping it short with an attitude when i ask questions or try to join the conversation. Hire decent people who have morals and are not nasty towards certain people while being extremely kind to a select few. She then yelled at a disabled man in a wheelchair for having to go into traffic to get to the front of the bus because she didn't want to stop where he was (in front of the sign) because as she stated, "it's inconvenient."
