Jeni and the team at Red Roo were incredible to deal with. Great customer service and a great turn around. Came to Jeni on the 1st August needing 15 shirts printed by 9/08. Jeni and the team had great communication and implemented the design well. We received the shirts on the 8/08. Great quality, great price and great customer service you can’t ask for much more. Highly recommend the team.
Fantastic service from the team at Red Roo. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, assisting me with choosing the embroidery colours for my nursing vest, sizing, quoting, and making the pickup and delivery process easy. The quality of the embroidery is excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive some merchandise samples as well, such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. Highly recommend for their great customer service and quality.
Turn around time is 15 business days (3 weeks) which is a bit long. Understandably, they would have a lot of clients but more staff or more equipment needs to be hired to reduce this. They are saved my excellent customer service and friendly attitudes towards clients, but many business and many competitors offer this with a shorter turnaround.
The team at Red Roo are always helpful and supportive in our promotional needs, whether it be our high vis uniforms, corporate shirts and gifts. Our customer loved our m&m lolly bags before Christmas
