I have been struggling with a funny, kind of horrifying, noise for a few years. Two different shops did not really know what to do. They tried a few things and then said it was fixed. But it never really was. The noise went away for a little bit, but the bike did not quite feel right. I told RRCC about the issue and they knew immediately. This shop is amazing! I drove over an hour to get to a trailhead to ride and I realized I forgot my thru axle and they let me borrow one for my ride!
