Very friendly, very knowledgable, great to learn from. They are willing to go the extra mile to help.
Take your bike somewhere else if you need work done. Had the mechanics try twice to set up tubeless on a new bike (2024) and both times it failed within a day. Took it to a shop in Evergreen (Outbound Mountain Gear) and they fixed it first try. The problem......RRCC wasn't using a tubeless ready tire! Go somewhere else that can actually work on a bike.
