These guys are awesome and run a fun, informative and inviting shop! Went in recently for a bike fitting after picking up a gravel bike somewhere else prior. They helped dial in the fit, get me set up with a new stem, and am now riding more comfortably than before! Also lots of great advice about bikes, local rides and races...all the good beta. Really appreciated chatting with them. Will be back!
Purchased a Pinarello Dogma X- very competitive pricing - and customer service was outstanding. Invested a lot of time on the pre-purchase fit layout, were honest and direct about some of the options available - steering me toward lower priced and more practical choices and gave me delivery status updates along the way without requiring any prompting. Great delivery of the "boutique" bike shop experience that you won't find many other places.
As an avid cyclist, LBS enthusiast, and buyer of several Specialized bikes I am distressed to post this review of my terribly awful experience with this bike shop. The owner/manager/bike fitter was completely dismissive and unaccountable for the electric and mechanical components failing on a brand new purchase from their floor. I do not recommend this store for any bicycle purchases or service.
RRCC is the best shop in CO! Jeff is a master of his craft. He has great attention to detail and is extremely helpful. If you’re looking for a professional, quick, knowledgeable, and friendly bike shop, this is the place. I drive here from downtown Denver for all my bike service needs, and I will continue to do so as long as I live here! Easy 5 stars!
Always helpful, can't thank the guys enough for helping me immediately when I needed it due to a problem and a ride coming up.
