This place took almost 2 years to make a refund in a faulty helicopter leaving a young boy and his father with the opinion and feeling that they had been ripped off. In an internet based chat room racial slurs and bigoted statements when arguing his point. Red Rocket Hobbies is one of the best hobby shops available online and the only store in the Klamath Basin of Oregon. The guys there are great and helpful I highly recommend them.

The owners of this shop and some of their staff use the term MAF. This means Moron attraction factor. When customers do or ask things they deem to be stupid they use a scoring system to rate the customer's moronic level. So know if your a newbie or made a mistake you will be rated. Know that with this outfit there are stupid questions that go to the MAF for a good laugh at the customers expense.
