I think thier crooks out to get your house and sell them for a profit, My office in Reno never answers the phone, There's never anyone in the office I've been there a million times. They always have an answer in their favor anytime you question them, Who in Gods name would give a company the power to take your home over claims of fines and over charging. I have 2 properties that had a company called click pay would collect the HOA funds from my savings account and transfer the money to the HOA account . This has been going on since 2004 . I found out in February that click pay stopped making payments on one of the HOA accounts. I called to get everything fixed and up to date. Now it went to Red Rock Financial Services and a $51.50 HOA fee turned into a $3500 fee.
I pay my dues on time and I receive a debt collection letter in the post with threats to take over my home and sell it. I know the real estate market is hot right now but this is a joke!!! When are the laws going to change to protect homeowners from other greedier homeowners who have run out of things to do and decided before my time that they need to take from their neighbors?
