Rented a full suspension Santa Cruz from the shop in Hurricane for three days of riding. Bike was in excellent condition and well maintained. Shop put my pedals on it and adjusted the dropper to fit me better. Would rent again if ever back in town!
Don’t want to point any fingers but definitely feel like they did not do their job properly. I brought bike in for rear brake noise and only a few miles in and it started doing the same thing. Finally issue was addressed but was charged for parts that were not needed.
