Don’t want to point any fingers but definitely feel like they did not do their job properly. I brought bike in for rear brake noise and only a few miles in and it started doing the same thing. Finally issue was addressed but was charged for parts that were not needed.

Very disappointed with this bike shop. My husband has been doing research for months on what bike he felt would be best for me and settled on the Level 3. After speaking with Red Rock they assured him of all the features of the bike and he purchased it. There are rear lights on the bike that are supposed to light up when you hit the brakes but mine don’t work. Come to find out they sold us a bike that doesn’t even come with brake sensors to make the lights come on nor does it cut out the power to the motor which is dangerous... read more
Rented a specialized stumpjumper for three days and had a great time riding the trails around St. George and hurricane. Unfortunately got a double flat riding hurricane rim on my last day, but Ben was kind enough to drive 30 min to pick me up so I didn’t have to hike six miles with the bike. Outstanding service!
Felt like it was a 5 star at first. Love the service and my bike. I did like the repair service was fast and decent, but Bummed because spent lots of money on parts and labor on service, same day with in an hr that i had my brakes done and bleed had one fail. Very next day went back and had to pay again for the same service which I did the day before.
