I rented bike from Red Rock Bicycle and I was thrilled with the experience. The bike performed great, and the folks at Red Rock were very helpful. I'd definitely rent for them again.
Return customer! New bike day! This company (both St. G and Hurricane locations) is always super welcoming and helpful. Today I picked up my new bike from the Hurricane location. When I talk to Tamra a month ago, she was so helpful and spent a lot of time Asking questions about where I ride, how I ride etc. to help me narrow down my options. After being less than impressed with their St. George location I thought I would give this store a try. This shop is like putting lip stick on a pig… they think that just because it’s nice on the inside that their employees can be completely incompetent and know little to nothing about the product they are trying to sell. Time to go back to the shops that actually know how to provide customer service.
Great to have a location in Hurricane, Tamra the manager and the rest of the staff are awesome, very professional and very responsive.
