This shop is AWESOME! My son’s rear axle on his bike broke on a MTB race weekend and we were rushing to get to the shop before they closed. They stayed open late for us, searched everywhere for the right axle and were so friendly and helpful the whole time. I would definitely go back. The didn’t have the right axle but we ended up leaving with a new bike. Great experience be overall!!
We had some issues with my sons ebike and brought it to Red Rock to get checked out. My son uses the bike to get to and from work. They told me they were a few days out on service but they would try to get to it quickly. They were able to take care of it in just a few hours. They explained what they did and the cost was extremely reasonable! I will always take the bike to them if I need anything! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Peter helped us and was extremely knowledgeable and kind! He got us exactly what we needed and took extra time to teach us a few skills to be if it our use of the products purchased. I would highly recommend this business!
