This is a really nice bicycle shop with a great selection of bikes, gear and accessories. The staff is super friendly and Matt took the time right before closing to help me find the right parts to get my kids bike fixed while we were on a road trip. This would definitely be my go to shop if we lived in the area.
I bought a bike online and had them ship it to me out of state. I cant tell you how wonderful both Matt and Sarah were to work with. its very rare you get good customer service now a days and they both went above and beyond. THANK YOU!
I bought a bike from here not too long ago. They seemed super nice and helpful when they knew they could get a dollar out of my pocket. Because they seemed kind, I Went in again recently after doing a refresh of a rear shock. I didn’t have the adapter to hook up my shock pump. I figured I’d rather support local and went in and asked if they had the adapter to purchase.
