I purchased a rack from them online, reach out multiple times after I had fitment issues. They told me they would work with me on a solution, then never got back to me. I continued to attempt to follow up with them getting help with fitment or a return and they never answered the phone, returned my calls, or answered my email or text messages. Now I'm stuck with a front rack I can't use. Thanks for stealing my money.
This shop with it's great staff always exceeds my expectations! We live 3 hrs away yet always use Red Rock! Was in yesterday for a flat and a new tire! In and out in a few hrs despite not having an appointment! 💙
Ordered a specialized chisel from them online from northern California. Great price on the bike, and it arrived within a few days. Customer service was excellent as they helped modify the shipping date to accommodate my schedule. I would've given them 5 stars, but, unfortunately, the bike was delivered with a bent rear derailleur caged which set me back an additional $150 right out the gate. A special thank you to Matt, who was my primary contact throughout the process. He took the time to listen, thoroughly investigate the problem, and kept me informed every step of the way.
