This is a federally funded program, therefore there should be no issues with giving rides to everyone who needs a ride..My daughter has had to wait multiple times well over 3 hours only to be told that they couldn't give her a ride..they say they go in order on calls..I dont believe that..its who the driver wants to pick up and give a ride to.They need someone who is not biased.
The local driver is rude, slow and uses unnecessary routes and I been waiting since 9 am. I called 3 x already. The driver is purposely, deliberately taking the longest routes around. That's so awful and it inconveniences the riders. The community depends on this Federally funded transportation. And the employe a person that makes it more difficult to get from A to B!! They need to replace her with someone who has empathy and compassion. God Bless her.
I have never had a problem with Harold he is the driver yall want hes kind and if your talkative he'll talk with you. He's always chipper and smiling and plays good beats he follows the traffic laws properly and always honks at least twice to make sure you can hear him. The other lady however has never honked and expects you to be outside waiting for her while yes it is easier if we wait outside so they can see us who wants to wait out in the cold and get a runny nose and a cold besides we know it takes a bit for them to arr... read more
Drivers are NOT rude, in fact, they are notably very kind and patient. You do need to give them plenty of time and afternoons seem to be busier than morning. They have been very good to me and it’s a cheap way to run the errands I need to run. Thanks RED River!!
