They answer their phone with "Hellllllo?" Every single time. Which is confusing. Lunch break or not, " Hello this is Red River Transportation we are currently on our luch break if you coukd please give us a call back after 12pm it would be appreciated." Or "Hello thank you for calling Red River transport how may I help you today?" But a simple sometimes even kinda rude "Hellllo?" So unprofessional. But they are cheap so i deal
Very friendly people! I like that they remember your name and ask how your doing when they pick you up. Make sure you have your pick up address and drop off address ready for the dispatch person. There have been some low reviews, but people need to remember because the prices are cheap, more people are using their services, so they have gotten super busy.
