Unfortunately very disappointed with my experience with this company trying to get help with an airplane loan. I reached out to this bank and started the process of qualifying for an air loan, and I felt that I had to work really hard to get everything together to be approved. But overall felt that the loan officer was not really helpful and not trying to really help me get approved for the loan.
