I’m so over this bank!!!! I hate it here!!! DONT BANK HERE!!! They care about no one !!!! After alerting them to a fraudulent charge on my account in December, where someone charged $200 in Uber rides to my debit card, they tell me I have to wait until January to see if Uber responds. January comes no response then they tell me the $200+ will be put back in my account Feb 16th… Why this is taking so long idk cause I’ve never taken an Uber and I’m not even sure Uber is in our city! Untrained and Unprofessional……..I asked for my problem to be resolved and was told to have my job contact the issuing bank to dispute a check they originally rejected but they processed the check anyway but put the money in their GL account not my account or return money to issuing bank. Veryyyyyyyyy disappointed!!!!!
