They took money out of my account to pay for another person’s loan. They said that I made the transaction from my account via phone. Something fishy is going on. The manager needs to be fired immediately.
Worst experience, I've been thinking here 40 plus years all my family Banks here I even work at Red River Army Depot for 26 years the teller even put a 10-day hold and wouldn't even let me get any money the next day and they're closed because she didn't like the way I talked to her because she wanted to talk to me and gas like me, over a legit insurance check from a legit Insurance Company before even looking into my account to see if I had any funds in there then she tries to say I've been delinquent and I haven't I've neve... read more
I wish there was a red river credit union in central arkansas. Living in cabot, that's going to be a pretty good drive for me. Then after i leave the credit union, find somewhere nice to eat lunch. Then having to turn around and drive back up. Thats diffenitly not going to be a go down to the local store. Buy some bread and milk, then go home kinda drive. Lol.
What happened it used to be a good Bank.
