Mandy Kelsoe at the Clarksville branch is the literal best. Her customer service is top tier. She always, always, always goes above and beyond to help. Her professionalism is unmatched.

Hailey Tucker over in Clarksville office is the best always takes care of me when it’s needed and Stephani Britton over in the Greenville office points me in the right direction when it comes to my account if your in need each one of these people will help you out anyway they can I will continue to do business with this credit union
Very rude and unprofessional had to wait 10 days for a check to deposit and still didn’t get the money had to go up to the building and they just started working on it as soon as I started talking about it instead working on the 10 business days that they was supposed to working on it . Changing Banks Because they will give you the run around for your own money
