I’ve always had wonderful experiences with Red River Credit Union. I will always recommend them as a great choice in banking.
Since the new "digital" update we have had nothing but trouble. The system has our whole account completely messed up. We are extremely unhappy and considering going to a different bank. We used to love this bank but now we are unable to navigate this new system.
Michelle Hutson Ashdown Branch manager went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of I sat in the bank waiting area for over an hr waiting on office help Michelle came in from her lunch break & quickly took the time & made sure that my financial needs were taken. Thank you Also someone skipped me in line & I still waited quietly & patiently .
