Wonderful customer service! I was sick and needed to see the doctor or have a telemedicine appt. Thankfully Jennifer Parkerson, helped me upgrade my checking account so I could have a free telemedicine appt. She walked me through the steps after upgrading my account. I got my call and had medicine called in within 30 minutes. I recommend the Teal Advantage checking account at RRCU.
One of the best banks I’ve ever had to deal with and the staff is absolutely professional. No matter the problem they always have a solution. And Robin Braley has always gone above and beyond for me as a member of the bank.
