I've never been much of a high tech redneck but I'll tell you this is the only Bank I've ever dealt with and so far everybody has been very helpful when I don't know anything about business they don't belittle me or anything and I'll tell you what happened today I met a lady that is there a loan officer her name is Joanne and I'm going to tell you right now buddy she's a good woman
I like this branch. I went here to deposit a check into my account with no issues and the staff there is very friendly. I will be back. I wish they have a branch in Longview and Tyler, TX.
Susana has done it again! She always makes any process i have to go through super easy and quick! If you have the chance to work with her i highly suggest you do so!
