2/7/23-- Been doing business with Natausha for a long time, she is very professional and runs her office very professionally. She has excellent customer service and has always treated her employees with upmost respect. I would definitely recommend her and Red River to anyone looking for loan services. I didn't get the loan, but that is far from what bothers me about this business. The staff speaks to people as if they are stupid or suspect them of something. I accepted the information with kindness, but was met with a lecture and spoken to as if I am a child. I'm building my credit and when it is good enough to get a loan somewhere to help that along, I will not go back to this business. They don't care about prospective or current customers. I have heard some stories that I had refused to believe until today. Yikes.
