I swear they can’t do anything right
Scammers and liars- . It’s interesting how one minute a debt I “ owe” wasn’t on my report for 2 years then mysteriously shows up in March after not appearing for months. They couldn’t even find my debt when I called. The fact that doctors know low income people are almost dying out here in the pandemic but have no problems with collecting what they believe they are owed- even when you made it clear that you wouldn’t pay for the service unless you were notified that insurance would cover it. They were very polite and respectful. They even sent me a friendly reminder how much I owed them!
Paid off the debt I owed, it’s STILL on my report, I paid it off months ago and they keep reporting it as a $0 balance. If you’re thinking of paying off a bill to help your credit score go up, I’d save this one for last if at all! The bank doesn’t care if it’s a zero balance if it’s still on there....trying to get ahold of them to take it off completely. It’s a joke. I’d rather have my money back if they arnt going to take it off.
They don't properly notify their "customers" when they open a collection account on them.
