I waited in the drive thru 35mins after they took my boyfriends check to cash and deposit for them to come back with my stuff and say they can't cash it. I've done this for my coworkers and boyfriend at this bank multiple times in the past week. Without them being present. My current irritation was the waste of time and the inconsistency of training and communication on their end.

This bank was very rude and tried to slip in $300 in hidden fees. Highly suggest someone else.
