I have banked with Red River for many years. Never had any issues with my money. The staff is always great. I was excited when we got the Stonewall branch. The staff here is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I wouldn't want to bank elsewhere.
Sorry excuse for a bank! Would not cash THEIR OWN check, because I don't have an account with them. I'm self employed, I cash a lot of checks at a lot of different banks with no problem. Most will verify with the account holder/check writer as they should... Not Red River Bank though, said if it's over a certain amount they won't cash it for non-customers, so I ask the 'nice' lady what that certain amount is... an her response was, "I can't tell you that". Like What?? Are you kidding me???
I love this one in Stonewall they're always so fantastic.
