I was out running errands and I needed some cash quickly so I ran through the ATM at Red River Bank. This is not my personal bank and I knew I would need to pay a fee to use their ATM services which I was very happy to do and I expected to do so as well. What I did not expect was when I went inside to exchange said currency for some smaller denominations I was told only account holders are allowed access to those kinds of services.
