I was out running errands and I needed some cash quickly so I ran through the ATM at Red River Bank. This is not my personal bank and I knew I would need to pay a fee to use their ATM services which I was very happy to do and I expected to do so as well. What I did not expect was when I went inside to exchange said currency for some smaller denominations I was told only account holders are allowed access to those kinds of services. Went in for them to put a seal on a change of beneficiary form..Was told it would be about 45 min. Which I was ok with...As I was walking out I was stopped and told that I needed account verification...That didn't sound correct so I left and voiced via a curse word my dissatisfaction...Drove to another bank and had it done in 10 minutes and for no charge...Received a call frome the Red River branch manager scolding me for my language...told her I was going to close my account and she agreed that I should...Great experience c... read more
