I wish I could give negative 3 stars. My dumb card keeps being locked up on me OVER THE WEEKEND consistently! This is like my 6th time now, and there isn't a single way to unlock the card on the weekend because the customer service number and the bank itself are never freaking open on Sat or sun so now for what feels like the 6th time I'm forced to not be able to access money I rightfully should have access to until mon morning. Best bank that I have ever banked at. When you roll up and they call you by your first name... doesn't get any better than that. Super nice, always professional, and always make me feel welcome. Big time baking solutions with that small town feel.
Wonderful Red River Bank is the only one for me. All the branches are the same courteous, knowledgeable and caring.
