Very bad customer service. Called about exchanging coins which they won't do at this place. Asked if she knew if there were other exchange places that will take $700 worth of british coins she said no. Then when i asked about other exchange places in the area she hung up on me. Very rude. No help at all. If the customer service on the phone is below average its a guarantee the customer service will be just as bad in person.
Visited Redrate Exchange in Newtown and was really impressed. The staff were helpful and the service was top-notch. Couldn't ask for more !
