The worst, we went there to change only 40 USD, google showed like 58 AUD but of course we wouldn't expect a that, the lady told after 10 minutes that it was going to be 54.54 and then she handed me over a 50 bill and the saying that there was a fee for changing of exactly 4.54, we took it because we were in a rush, but such a bad place, they basically steal from people
If possible no star, store closed during open hours and nobody answers when you call them
Walked there from the station during opening hours just before my flight to find they weren’t open.
Worst experience that i have ever had with a currency exchange, online website of theirs shows to exchange 100usd it says i get back 145 AUD but all I got was 110 AUD when i ask why only 110 AUD i was told that they have a fee for exchanges i said ok online it says its 5$for anything less than 200$ ok even if uts 15$ like she said i should have got back 130$ then i ask why only 110 she tells me the rate is 0.78 instead of 0.68 like it showed online. Would not recommend anyone to go to this place as they are rip off.
