Do not buy family day game day shirts from Red Raider Outfitter. They used different colors of red shirts for each size. None of the shirts are the same quality or shade of red. This is poor quality control or just plain do not care. Seems like they are trying to get rid of inventory. If so, they need to discount shirts. Girls working there clearly did not want to hear about this.

Don’t know what happened to customer service. I wanted to buy a limited-edition shirt for the game today. They were almost completely sold out and only had XXLs but had my size M on the mannequin. I simply asked to purchase the tagged shirt off the mannequin and was given various excuses as to why they couldn’t/wouldnt. I asked to speak to a manger who took it off the mannequin, practically threw it at me, and barked how they won’t ever do this again.
