I was in line waiting to be checked out, the cashier was friendly and happy with the people and front of me but when it came time for me to check out the cashier had a horrible attitude with me. I said thank you after she bagged my items up and she said nothing and pretty much pushed me out the door. I spend a pretty good amount of money to be treated so horribly. I won’t be back.

I work retail management so I understand that returns suck. But I made a purchase and it sat in the bag for 3 days, I was actually debating browsing to see if I could exchange something but the minute another person was called over to verify the return was valid and they sniffed the shirt multiple times, I said forget it. Honestly makes me sad reading the same reviews from other people

Great place! So many cute Texas Tech merch. I love my new shirts and plus the free one they gave us for orientation! The staff is so great and helpful as well.

My mother-in-law and I visited this store on 2/1/25. We had a coupon for a discount which had expired one day prior. While speaking with the cashier, two Caucasian women came in asking for an exchange. However they didn't have receipts AND all of the tags had been taken off. The floor associate told the women to pick out whatever they wanted to make the exchange and that it would be an "even exchange". My question is why would the store make a huge exception for a possibly fraudulent return but not for a 10 dollar off coupon... read more
