Yes Red Payments is a very fraudulent company. Our contact has expired & I have called 5 times as of 1/8/21 to close our account & each time they say they will close the account but they don not close. Red Payments is still charging us fees even though we have not processed a credit card on their equipment since 9/29/2020. I have tried to close the account by calling them on 9/16/2020, 11/3/2020, 1/4/2021, 1/7/2021 & today 1/8/2021
They worth no star they are work with FDGL(Global Leasing Equipments Company)together as scammers not really company. They will send people to your store to trick you said only 65 dollars per month for all kinds credit card or debit card processing fees no other hidden fees and includes free clover equipment and make you sign 5 years contract. After you start use their clover machine then FDGL start charge you $70/months*60months until you leasing ending. all kinds hidden fees and still charge you every credit card and debit... read more
All those bad reviews are true very true they are a fraud company big time that’s bad that they change name to slice company and doing same shit to all the customers I don’t know how they are still in business how first data let them process why not government shutting them down
I find it that other companies tell their reps to give terrible reviews nonetheless I’ve found it our service is superior service and I’ve never had happier customers.
