We moved our 85 year old father here about 6 weeks ago. He has been in other in home and assisted living facilities. Red Oak has been the best experience, hands down. Jose and staff are genuinely caring, very professional, and I can’t say enough good things. Caring for aging parents is so difficult and the staff here has made things so much easier. I’m so pleased with this facility I felt moved to share.
I’m currently a staff at this facility and I couldn’t be more happier, the working environment is wonderful I’ve finally found a home the owners are such good people they treat staff with respect they offer staff knowledge and a chance to move up in the company, the pay is good enough for and what I’m responsible for its a clean home and tools to make your job successful and complete.
