Hailstorm with largest hail stones I have seen and just before planed vacation to Florida. I talked with a Public Adjuster in Georgia and contracted with him to file my insurance claim. Russell’s team met my insurance agent to review the roof damage. They did a through checkout with my agent. They have similar software to check material price as well as labor cost. God Bless Russell. He has been tenacious in patiently working with our Insurance Company to get our roof hail & wind damage claim approved. He keeps detailed records of all contacts, & calmly reminds those who need to know; dates & times, names, & details, including exactly what the person said, when.
