The program is very expensive and it basically is just not eating more than 1500 calories and no working out with weights its not allowed and you pay a crazy amount for supplements and meds that don't work.
This is the first diet plan to use ever work for me! I am down 24lbs in 2 months..... and honestly, I haven't been 100% faithful to the diet. I cheat once a week, sometimes twice. But I am getting better. They gave me something to curb my cravings. If I stuck to the plan 100%, I would probably be down 40lbs already. First visit for my consultation went great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff asked me several times throughout the process of I had any questions for them. Hopefully when my prescription comes in the mail and I start my journey I will have another great review. positive experience
Must be a placebo. It's a shame KLTY partners with a company that isn't trustworthy or honest. Very disappointing.
