He was exremely thorough - he went into the attic and up onto the roof to inspect our unit. We’ve always used Red Mountain Air they put in our new unit when our old unit died after 17 years and have serviced ever since. I love the fact that I see the same faces especially Bill and the service is always honest fast and their techs are really friendly. The woman answered the phone. It’s always super nice too and helpful.

Could not be happier with the job James did for us. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to fix it. Great guy, excellent service.... deserves 10 stars!

Red Mountain AC fixed my heat pump for my pool. Bill, the tech, did a terrific job. He explained everything so I don't have any issues in the future. Joe kept me informed on the delivery date for the equipment and was helpful on scheduling. This is a focus on customer service that I rarely find anymore. Great company that I would recommend to anyone.
