Such a relaxing and professional massage parlour. Compared to other places they provide a very high quality experience and have excellent attention to detail. Look forward to coming back
As an Asian business you need to understand how to manage customer complaints or feedback and not just say “oh ok”. Make an effort to offer the customer a solution like another session, a discount or a voucher to help them feel their concern was heard and managed appropriately. I am from interstate and have no affiliation with this business. My wife and I booked a massage the night before the 10 hour drive home. One of the best massage place we have experienced. We were surprised that both staff were able to unlock many tight knots. There are a few massage places walking through the centre, unsure how the others perform but very glad we stuck with the high customer satisfaction reviews and spent the extra 10minutes walking around to find Red Maple. Keep up the great work!

Had the best massage here with Alice! Really got into my knots and tension in my back and shoulders. She’s also so kind and lovely!!
