I highly recommend their service. The online quote process was easy and quick, no annoying follow-up calls either. Prices were happy to adjust based on what I was actually moving. The two staff members attended were great, on time, professional, and really careful with all my stuff (furniture, boxes, and white goods). They were also friendly and gave helpful advice along the way.
The guys who packed and moved our belongings were very nice and efficient. However when we went to clean the flat we had moved out of, we saw they had forgotten to pack half of the contents of a fitted wardrobe, two drawers in the kitchen including all our cutlery, several plants and numerous other things. We had to carry these boxes, load them in the car and make two journeys to move them. They also broke a part of a table - it was fragile but had been fine for many years.
