Love the team here and the red light is amazing ❤
I purchased a red light therapy promotion from Instagram and gave it a try yesterday. Overall, the process was relaxing - you spend about 20 minutes under the red light and then about 10 minutes receiving a lymphatic massage. Sonia (or Sonya?) gave a thorough explanation of how red light therapy works and provided support during the entire treatment. I plan to come back for future appointments.
Fantastic experience. Very informative and relaxing. Looking forward to my next session.
