I had a very disappointing experience at Redly Chicken in Mount Druitt. I bought 2 kg of thigh cutlets expecting good quality meat, but what I received was mostly backbone and small pieces with barely any meat. It felt misleading and not worth the money at all. This was quite frustrating as I expected proper thigh cutlets, not scraps. I wouldn’t recommend buying this product based on my experience and hope they improve their quality and transparency.
When I ordered a chicken and large chips it's wasn't filled up to top they give me half like a small chips and the chicken oily and not cook properly and it's was raw and I found 2 hairs in my burger and I ate half then I threw the rest in the bin and I should threw back to they face and get my money back poor service when I ate my chicken burger the bread was not toasted properly and everything collapsed I'm never eating that again they made me sick

Rude staff. Need to learn how to talk
Food was so fatty oily and the female attendant was very rude and started packing staff food first and how could you serve this to customers it's stale soft and chicken burnt and dry Poor service and oily it made me sick all evening after eating this Monday 10/11/25 older lady rude and service was poor light's were switched off but still charging people for dry taste less chicken and noodles here are some pics
